You retain full ownership of the photos, videos, and other materials you upload. By publishing them on the platform, you grant World Casting Community a limited, non-exclusive license to host, store, and display this content to employers within the service, for the purpose of connecting you with casting opportunities. We do not use your content to train AI models, and we do not sell or sublicense it to third parties. This license ends when you delete the content or your account. Separately, if you agreed to it at registration, the platform may create and publish a short auto-generated promo video of your profile on its own social media (e.g. TikTok, Instagram) — you can withdraw this consent at any time by contacting support.
Every profile and job listing is reviewed before publication. The administration reserves the right to reject or hide content that violates community rules.
The platform acts as an intermediary between artists and employers and is not responsible for the content of agreements between the parties.
The administration reserves the right to suspend an account for violating platform rules or repeated complaints.
